1. Ownership and Copyright
All original writing, story narratives, custom UI component implementations, and design system specifications presented on this site are the intellectual property of Dikshit RJ unless otherwise marked. Open-source repositories referenced (such as PaperQuant, JTestify, Quickfill-mcp) are licensed under their respective GitHub repository licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).
2. Consultancy & Client Contracts
Commercial client work, software engineering retainers, and agentic AI systems are contracted through Meritverse Pvt. Ltd. Each engagement operates under separate, mutually signed Statements of Work (SOW) outlining deliverables, warranties, and IP assignment.
3. Code Snippets & Demonstrations
Code snippets displayed directly on this website for illustrative purposes (including Rust ray-tracing routines and agent protocols) are provided "as-is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
4. Governing Law
Any legal actions or disputes related to this website or services originating through it are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
